Qualifying accounts will receive Tier 4 pricing for the month the account funds and the following two calendar months. After the promotional pricing period ends, standard asset-class-specific tiering will apply based on monthly trading volume. Each asset class is evaluated separately, and a customer's commission tier may differ by asset class.
A cash reward may be paid based on qualifying net-new external assets according to the cash reward schedule shown in this offer. The cash reward is limited to one reward per account. The payout will be determined based on the minimum balance held between the funding date and the 270th day, calculated using the initial deposit of cash and/or securities. Trading profits, trading losses, and account charges will not reduce or increase the value used to determine the cash reward payout. The account must remain in an active state throughout the entire qualification period. The reward will be applied to the account within the first 10 business days following the month in which the 270-day requirement is met.

For exchange-traded equity orders executed below $1.00 per share, and for all OTC equity executions, the commission charge will be $0.005 per share, with a minimum commission charge of $1.00 per executed order and a maximum commission charge of $50.00 per executed order, both of which are subject to a cap of 5% of the notional value of the executed order. The execution of any direct-routed equity order will incur an additional commission charge of $0.005 per share.
